The following chart shows Ultrapar current organizational structure, including its principal intermediate holding companies and operating companies. Percentages represent approximate ownership of voting share capital and total capital (voting capital/total capital).


Ultrapar conducts LPG distribution through its subsidiary Ultragaz Participações Ltda., of which it owns 100% of the total share capital. Ultragaz Participações Ltda. operates through its four primary subsidiaries, Companhia Ultragaz, Bahiana Distribuidora de Gás, SP Gás and Utingás. The first three companies operate in the filling of LPG bottles and distribution of LPG. Bahiana operates primarily in the northeast region of Brazil and Companhia Ultragaz together with SP Gas, serves the other Brazilian regions. Utingás is an LPG storage company, with facilities in the states of São Paulo and Paraná.

Ultrapar conducts fuels and lubricants distribution businesses through its subsidiary Ipiranga, acquired on April 2007. Ipiranga operates through its two subsidiaries: Companhia Brasileira de Petróleo Ipiranga (CBPI) and Distribuidora de Produtos de Petróleo Ipiranga (DPPI).

Ultrapar conducts petrochemical and chemical activities through Oxiteno S.A., of which it owns 100% of the total share capital. Oxiteno operates in the petrochemical and chemical segments directly and through its subsidiaries, Oxiteno Nordeste,Oxiteno Mexico S.A. of CV and Oxiteno Andina. In Brazil, Oxiteno operates five plants: three plants located in the state of São Paulo (Mauá, Tremembé and Suzano), one plant in Camaçari, in the state of Bahia, and another plant in Triunfo, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Oxiteno also operates in Mexico since 2003 and currently owns three production plants located in Guadalajara, Coatzacoalcos and San Juan de Rio. In 2007 Oxiteno acquired a specialty chemical production plant in Santa Rita, Venezuela. Oxiteno is also present through commercial offices in the Argentine, American and European (Belgium) markets.

Ultracargo conducts logistics services for special bulk cargo through its subsidiaries Transultra and Tequimar. Transultra provides transportation services throughout Brazil, as well as in Argentina and Chile. Tequimar maintains storage facilities at four port terminals located near two of the main petrochemical complexes in Brazil: Camaçari and São Paulo.
