With the support of senior management, the Program is overseen by the Conduct Committee and guided by the principles set forth in our Code of Ethics and corporate policies, whose guidelines are approved by the Board of Directors. These establish priority areas such as combating corruption, promoting fair competition practices, managing conflicts of interest, preventing harassment and discrimination, and addressing other day-to-day matters.

Risk management follows the guidelines established in the Corporate Risk Management Policy, approved by the Board of Directors. The policy defines the key aspects to be monitored, mitigation tools, and the roles and responsibilities of those involved in the process. This is an integrated model that encompasses both risk management within individual businesses and the oversight of priority issues by Ultrapar’s senior leadership.

Risks are positioned on the Risk Matrix according to their level of impact and vulnerability and are categorized into five groups: strategic and sustainability, financial, cyber, operational, and integrity.

We provide a secure tool that allows employees and stakeholders to report potential violations of the Code of Ethics or any corporate policy. The Channel can also be used to ask questions or seek guidance on policies and standards related to ethical and responsible conduct within the organization.

Operated by an independent company, the Channel guarantees whistleblowers anonymity, confidentiality throughout the investigation, protection against retaliation, and an impartial and independent investigation conducted by the Risk, Integrity and Audit Executive Board, an independent body that reports to the Board of Directors.
